TRB occupies a former Ming dynasty temple in the hutongs, and the dining room - original timber beams, stone walls, floor-to-ceiling glass - is one of the most beautiful in Asia. The menu is modern European with an obsessive wine list, and the service is the best in Beijing.
Lunch is a relative bargain. Ask for a table by the courtyard glass.
