Zeng Cuo An Food Street
Siming, Xiamen
A fishing village turned into Xiamen's most electric food street, steps from the beach.
Zeng Cuo An was a sleepy fishing village until the backpackers found it. Now its lanes are a wall-to-wall food fair: grilled oysters, satay noodles, stuffed squid, and fruit shakes served from stalls lit like a festival.
Come hungry and start at the beach end. Everything is small, shareable, and cheap - grazing your way down is the whole point.
Best for: Xiamen street food, beach-adjacent and relentlessly cheerful.
